Consider Health Reform
Date: Tue, Sep. 22, 2009
Recent events in New Orleans, including the closing of NOAH, have pointed out the critical public-safety implications of inadequate health care for each and every citizen. This Wednesday, there will be a
Rally for Real Health Care Reform w/ Public Option at the Hale Boggs Federal Building, 500 Poydras Street. This will be an opportunity to hear the argument for a broad and comprehensive correction to the currently broken health care system in our country. Health, safety, and sustenance: these are the basic needs of a functioning society, and they are mutually dependent. Please join us at the Hale Boggs Federal Building on Wednesday to consider what real health care might look like.
